Last Saturday I was invited to attend a performance by The Wonder Club, at the old Motorcycle workshop in Stokes Croft. The space has recently been taken over by the group and transformed into a magical wonderland of installation art and site-specific theatre. The performance was simply beautiful, set against a backdrop of illustration and installation by Bristol artists Dave Bain and the 145 collective.
“The Wonder Club create exciting interactive promenade theatre, bringing to life installation art from some of Bristol’s leading artists. Merging theatre, music and performance art tied together by a narrative that allows you, the audience to find, play with and gossip about.”
‘A Lamentable Tragedy’ is currently showing in Stokes Croft till 27th February. Book your tickets now!
