Beermat Character Competition: Call for entries!

We're delighted to launch our first competition this Spring - to create your own Beermat Character for the chance to exhibit with Inkygoodness later this year! Inspired by our recent trip to Antwerp for the Fiend Projects Art Festival, we're calling for illustrators, character designers & doodlers to take the challenge and get creative with a beermat...

Just 50 Beermat Character designs will be shortlisted for exhibition in Birmingham in September (venue tbc). We’ve already received some superb entries and look forward to seeing more Beermat Characters arrive at Inkygoodness HQ over the next few months!

How to Enter

  1. Get a beermat
  2. Doodle your character
  3. Send us your entry!

Simply post your entry, along with a S.A.E (for the safe return of your artwork) to:

Inkygoodness HQ

XXX

Please enclose your name, contact e-mail & website address.

DEADLINE: August 17th 2012

The competition is open to illustrators, artists, character designers, plush toy makers; students, graduates & creative professionals worldwide.

We have a small number of blank beermats available – if you would like to get hold of one, please send a S.A.E. to the address above & we will post one out to you!

We encourage you to experiment with a wide variety of materials – there are no restrictions other than the beermat format. 3D entries are welcome! All entries received will be showcased on our online gallery via Instagram & blogged on inkygoodness.com during the competition. In the meantime, keep up to date with the latest news & follow our Beermat Character Competition on facebook.

For full terms & conditions, visit our dedicated Beermat Character Competition project page.

Winners will be announced w/c 26th August – Happy doodling and good luck!
