Character Totem Home-Coming launch!

It was with great excitement that we finally opened our doors to the hip, young Birmingham crowd on Thursday evening, for our official Character Totem Home-Coming launch!

Live drawing by Kris Jones, Matt Saunders and Crim Collective kicked off early in the evening, pulling in a curious crowd to watch the action unfold!

Inkygoodness artists such as Andy Hulland (Mr the Beef), Murray Sommerville, Kate Hindley, Anna Charity, El Tobe & Johnnie Weilliang Hoek cruised down for the launch, to join us for a few drinks and check out the artwork.

Founder of MakeMake Brand Chris Dorning set up a rather cool stand in the foyer of the Custard Factory, selling his tees, sweatshirts and artwork.

Photographed with Andy Silvester (DirtyFace.co.uk).

Character Totem Home-Coming is on now until Saturday 30th July, open daily 11am – 6pm, closed Mondays. Come down to the Zellig Gallery, The Custard Factory, Birmingham B9 4AA.
