Jess Miller is a Los Angeles based designer, illustrator and educator. Her whimsical style is infused with bright pops of color and layered textures, inspired by nature, retro artwork, and vintage design.
Jess has a background in toy package design and over the years has segued into a career of illustration. She specializes in hand lettering, surface pattern design, and character portraits.
