Follow Friday: Present & Correct’s advent calendar
This year, stationery connoisseurs Present And Correct are celebrating Christmas in style - vintage style to be precise!
We previously featured Present & Correct at the very beginning of our Follow Friday series. In the post, we layed out all the reasons to give them a follow. However, on the 1st of December they added another BIG reason to the list. They released their #PNCAdventCalendar, featuring a physical paperclip day! For those who didn’t manage to get their hands on one – they are also running an alternative version online. Each day via their Twitter page, they are posting a different photo of a piece of vintage stationery, for stationery addicts all over the world.

The festive series of snaps has so far included reindeer posters from the 1960s, and Japanese Santa coasters from the 1970s. Present & Correct’s calendar is definitely one of the more niche out there. It won’t be everyone’s cup of tea with many preferring calendars of the chocolate variety. However, given the popularity of #stationeryaddict as a hashtag, we imagine it will do pretty well.
There is an ever-growing army of stationery addicts across the world who would take a well composed photograph of a vintage stamp over a piece of cheap chocolate any day!
